Lamar Steiger has extensive background in the beef industry, having grown up on a large operation – the JH Ranch in Northeastern Wyoming. He currently owns The 808 Ranch (located in Bentonville, AR) where he serves as a rancher and also provides consulting services along the entirety of the beef industry supply chain—from producers to grocery stores.
